DOJO exists to make deliberate, high-quality practice a continuous part of a dentist’s career — so skill, confidence and patient care improve together.

The Problem

Training Becomes Harder to Access

High-level dentistry is not built by chance exposure alone.

Yet after graduation, structured hands-on practice often becomes harder to access. New techniques are taught, courses are attended, and learning continues — but execution is still left to the cases that happen to appear.

Experience accumulates slowly and inconsistently, often under pressure.

Clinical standards do not vary because dentists lack ambition.

They vary because the system rarely gives clinicians enough space to practise deliberately.

Amandeep Sarkaria, Founder

Amandeep is the founder and director of DOJO Dental. His postgraduate training — spanning oral and maxillofacial surgery, periodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics and restorative dentistry — put him alongside consultants, specialists, and dentists at the top of their game: clinicians whose hands were steady and confident, built from doing the same procedures thousands of times over.

These experiences left him with one question: why couldn't dentists gain that same experience, confidence, skill-set faster, and with more structure? That question is what led him to build DOJO Dental.
